To be eligible for a return, please ask nicely 😉 and show or proof of purchase (check your emails for the order confirmation).
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If that time has passed, please share your product with friends, spike their drinks (with consent :) ).
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com.
Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. We encourage you to reuse the same box you received your Karmacy product in. While we do use trackable postage, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (such as food)
Used brewing equipment and mugs
If you purchased our products from a physical store, please contact the retailer directly.
Please only send your purchase back to the Karmacy AFTER you’ve applied for a refund. If you want to return a product from a different company that we are retailing, do not return the product to the manufacturer.
We will notify you on whether your refund was approved or not within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Time varies between 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card.
We will replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
